A personal touch for the sofa
A photo blanket combines a familiar home accessory with an image that means something to you. It can be a thoughtful gift for a parent, partner or friend, or a way to bring a memory into your own living room. Choose a photograph that still reads clearly when part of the blanket is folded.
Choose a clear, simple image
A portrait with a calm background usually gives the subject more space than a busy group photo. If you want to include several moments, consider a collage with a clear main image. Avoid tiny lettering or details that only make sense when viewed very closely.
Prepare your design
Choose the original image and check the crop at different shapes. A blanket is often folded or draped, so keep the most important part of the design away from the edges. Material, sizes and care instructions will depend on the final product options.
Questions about Photo blanket
Which photos work well on a blanket?
Clear portraits, pet photos and simple landscapes are useful starting points. Check that the subject remains recognisable when the image is cropped or partly folded.
How should I wash a photo blanket?
Follow the care label for the specific blanket. The final fabric and care instructions are not confirmed yet, so we do not give a general wash temperature.
