Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right. Rights for faulty goods or incorrect delivery remain intact. Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description; photographs help assess the issue. Please arrange returns with us first. Statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, subject to the applicable conditions.

Gift card

Digital delivery by email after payment. No shipping charge. Valid for 12 months from payment. Redeem at www.cosyspace.eu. One code per order. Cannot be used to buy other gift cards. If your order costs less than the balance, a new code for the remainder will be emailed to you with the original expiry date.

For an unused gift card bought online, you can withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Notify us at [email protected] or by post to Nikkel Art BV, Renkoven 1B, 3680 Maaseik, Belgium. A clear statement is enough; the model below is optional. We deactivate the card and refund within 14 days of your notice using the same payment method, without fees. Your other statutory rights remain unaffected.
